iEmpowerKids is partnering with Rising Figures: May 11 at noon

Come see iEmpowerKids co-founder, Anjuli Turner join Rising Figures on the Catwalk: May 11th from 12-1 PM at 303 Pacific Ave, and watch as 10 inspiring individuals walk the catwalk. This show highlights students at PHS who take on leadership roles to work towards equality for women, people in the LGBTQ community, people of color, and so many more. All pieces worn in the show are repurposed and sustainable to emphasize the importance of protecting our environment and reduce the amount of clothes that end up in our landfills. Rising Figures hopes to raise $2,000 to donate to Bay Area Women Against Rape. It is $10 for students and $25 for adults, and additional donations will be much appreciated. Please spread the word and bring as many people as you can to help us reach our goal!
